Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of casedaisy ("we", "us", "the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

casedaisy is a cloud-based scheduling and documentation platform for mobile professionals, including route optimization, visit logging, mileage tracking, compliance reporting, and AI-assisted note generation.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

The service is provided for lawful, professional scheduling and documentation purposes. You agree not to use it to harass, defraud, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code, scrape data, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

Payments & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through Stripe. New users receive a 7-day free trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until that date. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods.

Data Ownership

You own all data you submit to the service. You grant casedaisy a limited, worldwide license to host, store, transmit, and process that data solely to provide the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

AI Features

casedaisy includes AI-generated content such as session notes, schedule suggestions, and reminders. AI output is provided for reference only and is not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before relying on it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, casedaisy and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that risks harm to other users or to the platform. Upon termination your right to use the service ends immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
