Yes. Each agency is set up as its own contract with its own pay period, rate card, and mileage policy. Every patient belongs to an agency, so each completed visit picks up the right rate, and your earnings, mileage, and exports come out separately per agency and per pay period.

Can I enter a frequency order the way it is written?

Yes. Type it in shorthand — 2w4 1w2 PRN2 — and Casedaisy turns it into ordered stages: two visits a week for four weeks, then one a week for two weeks, with two PRN visits allowed. You can also edit the stages directly if the order does not fit the shorthand.

Does this replace my agency's EMR?

No. Your documentation stays in the agency's EMR. Casedaisy schedules your week, tracks pacing against the frequency order, keeps reassessments, recerts and supervisory visits on time, and turns completed visits into your earnings and mileage record.

How are PTA and COTA supervisory visits handled?

Each patient seen by an assistant carries a supervisory cadence — 30 days by default, which you can change. Casedaisy counts from the last supervisory visit, shows what is coming due, and lists anything overdue on the supervisory compliance report.

How does mileage work, including the commute rule?

Every leg between stops is logged with date, start and end address, and distance, and split by the agency the visits belong to. Each agency's mileage policy decides what is reimbursable, and the first and last legs of the day can be treated as commute and excluded. Reimbursed and unreimbursed miles are separated in the tax-year totals.
